[COVID-19] ASW’s Response to Japan’s State of Emergency Declaration
Arc System Works Co., Ltd, with the cooperation of our partners, works in various ways to provide stable content for our customers.

At this time as the coronavirus spreads, ASW is fully committed to take all measures required to lower the risk of infection for our employees and staff as well as their families, our customers, and business partners.

Recently, in coordination with the government’s announcement of a state of emergency, ASW has extended the period of sealing off our office until the state of emergency ends.

As before, there will be times when we cannot receive phone calls to our company from our business partners.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for direct contact with those in charge to be made.
