1. 本ポリシーの適用と優先
本プライバシーポリシーは、アークシステムワークス株式会社（以下「当社」）がApple Arcadeにて提供する全てのアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリにおける利用者情報の取り扱いについては、本ポリシーが当社の「プライバシーポリシー」（第8条に記載）に優先して適用されます。
2. データの収集について
本アプリは、お客様の個人情報、行動履歴、およびデバイス情報を、アプリの機能を通じて当社が自動的に収集・送信することはありません。したがって、当社が本アプリを通じてお客様の情報を広告配信やマーケティング目的で使用することはありません。
3. データの共有およびApple社への提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様のデータを第三者と共有しません。ただし、本アプリはApple Arcadeサービスの一部として提供されるため、Apple Inc.およびその関連会社（以下「Apple社」）が、お客様のゲームプレイに関するデータを受け取る場合があります。Apple社によるデータの取り扱いについては、Apple社のプライバシーポリシー（https://www.apple.com/jp/legal/privacy/）をご参照ください。
また、セーブデータの保存等のためにiCloudやGame Centerを利用する場合、それらのデータはApple社の管理下にあり、当社のサーバーには保存されません。
4. お問い合わせ時の個人情報の取り扱い
本アプリ自体は情報を収集しませんが、お客様が当社のユーザーサポートへお問い合わせを行う場合に限り、お客様のメールアドレス、氏名、およびお問い合わせ内容に含まれる情報を当社が受領・保有する場合があります。
これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの回答およびサポート品質の向上のためにのみ使用され、マーケティング目的や第三者への販売には使用されません。
5. データの保持と提供の拒否
当社は、お客様からのお問い合わせに関連する情報を、お問い合わせへの対応完了後、法的義務の遵守や紛争解決のために必要な期間に限り保持し、その後適切に削除いたします。 また、本アプリのプレイにあたりお客様が当社に個人情報を提供する必要はありませんが、ユーザーサポートをご利用の際、必要な情報の提供を拒否された場合、お問い合わせへの回答ができない場合があります。
6. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満（または各国の該当する最低年齢）の子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。万一、子供からの個人情報が意図せず収集されたことが判明した場合、当社は速やかにその情報を削除する措置を講じます。

お客様は、当社が保有するお客様の個人情報（お問い合わせ時に提供された情報等）について、アクセス、訂正、削除を要求する権利を有します。これらの権利を行使される場合は、第9条の窓口までご連絡ください。

1. Scope and Priority
This Privacy Policy applies to all applications provided by Arc System Works Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) on Apple Arcade (hereinafter referred to as “this App”). Regarding the handling of user information in this App, this policy shall take precedence over the “Privacy Policy” (stated in Article 8) of the Company.
2. Data Collection
This App does not automatically collect or transmit any personal information, user behavior logs, or device information to the Company through its functions. Consequently, the Company does not use any information from this App for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure to Apple
The Company does not share user data with third parties except as required by law. However, please note that Apple Inc. and its affiliates (“Apple”) may receive data regarding your gameplay as this App is provided as part of the Apple Arcade service. Additionally, when using iCloud or Game Center for save data or achievements, such data is managed by Apple and is not stored on the Company’s servers.

While this App itself does not collect information, the Company may receive and hold your email address, name, and information contained in your inquiry only when you contact our User Support.
This information is used solely for responding to inquiries and improving support quality. It will not be used for marketing purposes or sold to third parties.
5. Data Retention and Refusal to Provide Data
The Company retains information related to your inquiries only for as long as necessary to resolve the issue, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes, after which it will be appropriately deleted. While you are not required to provide personal information to the Company to play this App, please note that if you refuse to provide necessary information when contacting User Support, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry.

This App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such information.
